Measure your feet by standing straight on a hard surface, with your heel against the wall. Place a piece of paper to the floor under your foot and mark the longest part of your foot. Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you have marked on the paper. If you take a half size, take the closest full size down. We recommend an extra 0.5cm / 1cm spare room for a wide fit.
