IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Recent updates to U.S. trade policy have led to significant changes in import tariffs, especially for products manufactured in China. These tariffs are mandated by the U.S. government and are unfortunately beyond our control.
WHATS CHANGING:
Due to U.S. trade policy changes, certain tariffs on goods originating from China, Hong Kong, and Macau are in immediate effect:
-
The temporary pause in further tariff increases, initially set to end on August 12, 2025, has now been extended to November 10, 2025.
-
During this period, the existing tariff increase of 30% will remain in place.
-
The original tariffs introduced during the Trump administration (totalling 20%) continue to apply.
We are constantly monitoring all developments and will provide updates if new government announcements are made.
Please note: Additional charges may still apply based on the specific classification of your items under the Harmonized System (HS) codes used by customs authorities. These codes determine the type of product and can influence the exact duties applied, depending on how your item is categorized. We work to ensure the most accurate classification, but customs decisions can vary by country and product.
Why we collect duties and taxes upfront:
We include all applicable duties and taxes in the checkout total to make the delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. Here’s why:
- No extra fees - what you see at checkout is what you pay.
- Customs clearance - prepayment helps avoid unnecessary delays.
- Clear, upfront pricing - full transparency before you place your order.
If you have any questions about the charges on your order, our customer service team is always happy to assist.
