If you placed your order before the 28th October 2025 and you are yet to receive your parcel, then we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
If you placed your order between the 28th October – 30th October 2025 then your order is being returned back to us, and we will be in touch with you to arrange a refund or replacement.
Returns from Ireland
If you are wanting to place a return for an order, then please contact us and we will help arrange this with you. This will not affect the returns window.

Things you need to know...
During busier occasions we may extended the delivery timeframe, the timeframe you choose at checkout will be correct. Note any order that states ‘Dispatch’ means your order will be dispatched within that timeframe, not delivered.
