Before contacting us, we recommend checking your tracking information for the latest delivery updates, as well as with any household members or neighbours to see if they accepted the parcel on your behalf. Please note that all orders reported as lost or disputed as delivered are subject to an investigation before a refund or replacement is issued.
We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order. If you have received an incorrect item or are misisng an item please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of your issue. If applicable, please include clear photos
of the items received, the packaging and any labels to help us investigate.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel this in any way. This is due to the need to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure the best experience for our customers.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received please allow up to 10 working days for it to be processed. We will notify you by email as soon as your return has been completed. Refunds may take a few extra days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that exchanges will be given up to 21 days from when the product was received. Ifyou’re outside the UK, we’re unfortunately not able to offer international
exchanges. The easiest way to get the item you need is to place a new order and then return your original one to us. Please note our standard returns policy and eligibility terms apply for all exchanges.
Unfortunately, placing an item in your basket does not reserve it, and stock will only be secured once your order is completed at checkout. To make sure you don’t miss out, we recommend completing your purchase as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. You can also choose to pay securely via PayPal or redeem one of our gift cards.
For added flexibility, we offer Klarna and Clearpay for customers in the UK, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase with interest-free instalments. If you’re shopping from outside the UK, we provide alternative Buy Now, Pay Later options in certain countries - available at checkout where applicable.
Have a discount code that's not working when entering at checkout? Here's a few troubleshooting tips for you to try:
- Ensure that you are logged in to your account. Many of our codes are unique to your email address. If you have been sent a code via one of our emails you may need to be logged in to our website using the same email for the discount to work.
- Ensure that your discount code is still valid as most of our codes have an expiry date.
- Our codes do not work on sale items so if you have any items in your basket that are in the sale, the code will not be valid.
- Our codes can be case sensitive so ensure to check if your code is uppercase or lowercase.
- Always be sure to check if your code has a 'O' or a '0' as it can be hard to spot the difference so always check your code for the correct use of both letters and numbers.
