IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Recent updates to U.S. trade policy have led to significant changes in import tariffs, especially for products manufactured in China. These tariffs are mandated by the U.S. government and are beyond our control.
WHATS CHANGING:
· From May 1, 2025, items shipped from China, Hong Kong, or Macau via the international postal network will incur a surcharge of 120% of the item's value or $100, whichever is higher.
· From June 1, 2025, this surcharge will increase to $200 per item.
· Products from other countries remain subject to standard duties and taxes.
We include all duties and taxes in your final checkout total to simplify the shipping process and help you avoid unexpected costs.
Why we collect duties and taxes upfront:
- You won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your order is delivered.
- Your package is less likely to be delayed at customs.
- You get full price transparency before you place your order.
If you have questions about the charges on your order, our customer service team is here to help.
